Do not leave symptoms of Hypotension unattended !!!

This is an illness faced by a huge number of individual, but there is still an absence of awareness among them. A lot of individuals, who feel dizzy or faint, coolly brush it below the mat seeing it as ordinary. Many of them aren’t even aware of the principal reason, and this may cause severe consequences in the upcoming, if not careful enough. Unlike hypertension, hypotension cannot be sustained totally with medical aid. Ayurveda will help you in making certain lifestyle corrections, providing daily and seasonal pattern that will help you resolve this illness.

Hypotension means when the blood pressure is lower than a person’s expected healthy blood pressure range.

For maximum individuals, the normal level of bp is 120/80 mm of hg.

Low blood pressure is usually anything below 90/60mm of hg.

With hypotension, there is low blood flow through the body which leads to less distribution of oxygen and nutrients throughout the body.
